Les deux sujet du carnet de ce mercredi pour Hearts of Iron IV de Paradox Development Studio sont la formation de pays avec le nouveau système de décisions, qui permet notamment de restaurer l’Autriche-Hongrie ou Byzance, mais aussi par exemple d’unifier la Scandinavie, et les nouveaux succès de la mise à jour Cornflakes 1.5.
